Reporting Process

Report On Campus

While we recognize that a report may emerge through many sources, we encourage those who experience sexual harassment and sexual misconduct to report directly to the Becker College Title IX Coordinator. The Title IX Coordinator will support and provide you with information regarding options, including: investigation and resolution procedures, interim remedies, and ongoing emotional support.

The following person, designated by Becker College, is responsible for responding to inquiries regarding Title IX:

Michelle Fatcheric
Boutin Student Center
44 West St., Worcester

With the exception of Student Health Services and Counseling Center staff, all other Becker College faculty and staff are responsible employees who are required to notify the Title IX Coordinator when an incident is disclosed to them. This is to ensure anyone who has experienced sexual harassment or misconduct has access to the special support and service the College is committed to providing.

Filing a Criminal Complaint

Emergency assistance is available 24 hours a day through Becker College Campus Police.  Campus police officers will escort any Becker community member, coordinate transportation to area hospitals, and help connect you to the Title IX Coordinator.  Although the College strongly encourages all members of our community to report violations to law enforcement, it is the individual’s choice whether or not to make such a report and individuals have the right to decline involvement with the police.
