The Commonwealth of Massachusetts requires all students enrolled at least three-quarter time (9 or more credits per semester) to be covered under an acceptable health insurance plan. Students enrolled at least three-quarter time will be automatically billed for the cost of the College insurance unless a health insurance waiver is submitted annually. Billing Procedures
Tuition and fees are billed prior to the beginning of each term. Students can view and pay their balances 24 hours a day via their myBecker account. Certain forms of financial aid may be used as a credit toward the bill. It is the student’s responsibility to pay any balance remaining after financial aid. All balances must be paid before the first day of class. Students may contact the Office of Student Accounts at 508.373.9437 with any questions.

Payment Methods
MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express may be made through myBecker, or by calling the Office of Student Accounts directly at 508.373.9437.
Electronic checks are accepted through myBecker.

Cash payments are accepted in the Office of Student Accounts on both Becker College campuses. Worcester: Student Administrative Services Bldg, 47 Sever Street. Leicester: Campus Center West Room 211. The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
