Published on Tuesday, August 8th, 2017

MassDiGI’s annual Summer Innovation Program Open House will be held on Thursday, August 10, 1:30-4:00 p.m., at the Weller Academic Center, 61 Sever Street, on the Worcester campus of Becker College. The public is invited to play student-made games and hear first-hand accounts of how the program is positively impacting participants.

MassDiGI, the Massachusetts Digital Games Institute, is a first-in-the-nation center that connects the state’s digital games industry, government, and academic resources to promote job growth and entrepreneurship and builds the talent pipeline between higher education and the digital games industry.

The Summer Innovation Program draws students from across the country and around the world to work collaboratively to create new games. This year there were 242 people applicants of which only 28 were selected to take part in the program.
