About the Course:

This course will provide students interested in becoming a sport professional, with an understanding of the legal system as a whole and the unique legal problems and responsibilities faced in managing a sports activity. The sports professional will be educated to identify potential legal liability and to avoid unnecessary legal risks. Assignments and case studies will be utilized in the learning process. Prerequisite: LGLS2205 or SPMG2302 or SPMG2600. Meets the requirement for Business elective.
