In this marketing-focused course, students will explore both classic marketing cases and emerging companies and concepts in order to develop a broad overview of all the tools necessary to create a customer, notably: branding, marketing, sales, advertising, social media, market, and consumer research, including learning from product and market failures. Prerequisite: MGMT1000.
