About the Course:

This course examines the structure of problems, group and individual approaches to problem solving, and the thought processes that managers use to define problems and reach decisions. In the study of problem solving and managerial decision-making, students recognize their own decision-making style. Assignments, projects, simulations and case studies will be utilized in the learning process. Prerequisite: MGMT1000. Meets the requirement for Business elective.

Course offered: Fall.
