About the Course:

The evolution of American constitutional law is examined in detail. Topics include the writing of the Constitution, its ratification, the concept of judicial review, and the role of the Supreme Court. The development of major constitutional principles since 1787 are discussed historically. Prerequisite: GOVT1108. Meets the requirement for Criminal Justice, History and Humanities elective.
