For the second straight year, Becker College has been nominated for the NCAA Division III Special Olympics Spotlight Poll, which runs from May 1-25.

The NCAA Division III Special Olympics Spotlight Poll is a story-telling initiative that features new stories each month that highlight a Division III and Special Olympics joint activity or event.  This year, Becker was selected for the May spotlight after the Hawks’ Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) hosted Special Olympics Massachusetts on February 9 for a day full of basketball and fun.

Please help Becker College by voting daily, up until the deadline of May 25, midnight EST.  The winning institution or conference will be given $500 to use for its next Special Olympics event.  The winning story/video will also be recognized in the Division III Monthly Newsletter and on the Division III homepage.

The winner will be announced May 26.
