Becker College Prof. Keo Heng and alumnus David Neer presented at this year’s ED Games Expo, which was held recently in Washington D.C.

Heng, Neer, and Dr. Peter Solomon, of The Beamer LLC, showcased their educational physics video game.  The game is part of the “Stardust Mystery” series of learning games and Becker faculty and students are building some of the components.

The annual expo, organized by the US Department of Education in collaboration with the Entertainment Software Association, promotes game-based learning though the display of exciting educational games and technology.

The expo, now in its sixth year, was held on Jan. 8 at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C.  Expo attendees had the opportunity to demo more than 100 educational learning games while meeting with developers.

The College is observing summer hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-4 pm.
