Requesting a Transcript

To request a transcript, current/recent students should visit myBecker to submit a request directly to the Registrar’s Office. Students without a myBecker account, should download the Transcript Request Form.

When submitting in writing, you must include the following information:

  • First and last name while attending, and current last name and any other names used
  • Student ID number or Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Current home address
  • Current telephone number
  • Campus location(s) attended
  • Approximate dates of attendance
  • Number of copies requested (indicate whether official or unofficial transcript)
  • Contact name and complete address(es) of where to mail transcript(s)
  • Signature (request cannot be processed without your signature)

We do not take transcript requests by phone. We cannot accept email requests unless accompanied by an electronic signature. We do not fax or email transcripts.
