Becker’s Hazelwood earns spot in NECC Madden Xbox Championship

The inaugural New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Madden Xbox Championship will take place on Saturday evening, May 23. Becker College’s Jordan Hazelwood ’20 will be matching up against Dean College’s Ki’Sean Bullard in a best two-of-three series. The tournament, which began last month with 24 participants, is down to just the final two.

Becker College’s “Game On! Celebrities for Students” was a great success. The event featured former NBA All-Star and Olympic Gold Medalist Carlos Boozer, Semi Ojeleye of the Boston Celtics, and rapper Izo Enoma, who joined Becker College students for the online gaming competition held live on the Becker College Twitch channel (@BeckerCollege).
