Administration and Governance

Becker College is governed by its Board of Trustees and led by President Nancy P. Crimmin, Ed.D. The Cabinet is the president’s leadership team. The College is further supported by the good work of its Corporators and its Alumni Association Board. Together, these groups work to ensure a transformational learning experience for each student.

President and Cabinet
The Cabinet comprises senior-level administrators and department heads who report directly to the president, and are individually and collectively accountable for carrying out the College’s strategic goals and advancing the College mission.

Board of Trustees
Becker College is governed by a Board of Trustees. As a collective body, the trustees hold the authority and responsibility to ensure the fulfillment of the College’s mission and are ultimately responsible for the college’s fiscal health. The board selects and appoints the president and approves policy, while operations and management of the college are vested in the president.

Established by Becker’s Board of Trustees in 2008, Corporators serve as ambassadors and advocates for Becker College, creating a network that enhances the College’s ability to communicate and partner with the community.
