A NOTE TO ALL STUDENTS
Please remember all financial obligations to the College must be settled prior to January 14, 2014 to ensure a smooth start to the spring semester. Additionally, all medical records must also be complete. If one or both of those things are not complete, resident students will not be able to move in, and commuters could have difficulties starting classes until all financial and medical holds are cleared. The heath records require immunizations mandated by the state to keep our students safe and healthy and a physical exam. Please make medical appointments as soon as possible to have the forms completed on time.
Check in and move in day is Tuesday, January 14, 2014 from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Classes start on Wednesday, January 15th. No one is allowed back on campus prior to Tuesday, January 14th without specific permission from Residence Life or a team/organization they are affiliated with.
Resident students will be notified of their housing assignments by Becker email after January 1, 2014. If you are living in Worcester, please report to the Boutin Student Center (2nd floor). If you are living in Leicester, please report to Campus Center West (outside the bookstore). If you are cleared of all holds on your account (for example, financial holds) you will quickly move through the check in process and then proceed to your residence hall. All new students are required to attend Orientation which begins promptly at 12 noon in Leicester. All Worcester residents should plan to check in and move in before 11:00 a.m. There will be a shuttle which leaves the Worcester campus at 11:30 a.m. to take new students to Leicester for Orientation. You will receive a detailed schedule of Orientation sessions when you check in at Boutin or Campus Center West.

All returning students should check Insite for any HOLDS placed on their account beginning after January 5th.
