Residence Hall Closing Information

All residence halls are closed during official college vacations.  All residents must vacate their rooms by 5:00 p.m. on the last day of classes before vacations or at times posted by the Director of Residence Life. Under special circumstance, the Office of Student Affairs will make arrangements for those resident students who will experience severe hardships by this closing. For additional information, please review the policy located in the student handbook.

All College policies will be in effect during this time, including:

• All residence hall rooms will be inspected by residence life staff at the beginning of the each break.  Any student still in the building who is not registered will need to leave the building immediately.
• There is a no-visitor policy in effect during break periods.
• Students who fail to adhere to the student code of conduct will be removed from housing immediately and subject to disciplinary action.
• All students who live on campus are expected to vacate their residence halls within 24 hours of their last final exam during each semester.
