Facilities Work Order Request

You can submit your own requests for routine repairs, replacement, or services by using the easy, online work order system. Every student and staff member who has a Becker College email account can submit maintenance requests.

These requests go directly to the College’s facilities department.  The managers for maintenance and housekeeping on both campuses check for new requests several times a day.  After they review the request, a priority is determined and an employee is assigned the work.

» Request routine service or repairs

At login screen enter:

Username: username (not case sensitive – ex. jasmith.2007)
Password: xxxx (your Becker College password)
Domain: Choose Student

  1. Go to the “Create New Work Order” link.
  2. Find the campus where you live and click the “+” button to pull down a selection of buildings to find your residence hall.
  3. In the fields shown, enter your room number, full name (contact), your Becker email (contact email), and requested date of completion.
  4. In the description box, explain your issue with as much detail as possible to ensure the maintenance and housekeeping staff understands the issue and can schedule the repair.
  5. Click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page.
