2008 Summer Conditioning Program

 

 

 The Becker College football program has set a new goal for successful conditioning. Now, we have a program that will help power our way to play at a  championship level.

The book includes proven position-specific exercises that will help our players improve speed, agility, power, and endurance. The program covers basic training principles of adaptation, specificity, and periodization. It also lists which drills are beneficial for specific positions but not for others, and includes guidelines for proper rest and balanced nutrition.
