QUALIFICATIONSA bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field; fifteen years of related experience including ten years of supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience desired. Knowledge of all phases of physical plant operation, maintenance and repair, housekeeping, planning, scheduling, management and administration of the plant; record keeping and report writing experience; knowledge and experience with state and local safety, fire, construction,and public access regulations; an understanding of blueprints and building codes; budgeting and financial administration; excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; computer literacy; and, the ability to meet a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends,and emergency on-call hours required. MARKETING AND RECRUITMENT MANAGERThe College is seeking a hard working, dynamic individual to professionally represent it's accelerated adult evening programs. Major responsibilities include: recruiting and enrolling qualified students; initiating on and off campus recruitment activities such as corporate relations, networking, and information sessions; working with marketing and accelerated departments to increase enrollment; and, coordinating class starts in assigned territories. QUALIFICATIONSA bachelor's degree and excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills required. Experience in higher education recruitment or sales/marketing experience is preferred.
