DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES
Reporting to the Vice President for Finance, this position directs Facilities Management operations and future planning of College facilities; and, establishes procedures for maintenance, repair and/or replacement of College facilities, grounds, housekeeping, vehicle fleet, and systems equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field; fifteen years of related experience including ten years of supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience desired. Knowledge of all phases of physical plant operation, maintenance and repair, housekeeping, planning, scheduling, management and administration of the plant; record keeping and report writing experience; knowledge and experience with state and local safety, fire, construction,and public access regulations; an understanding of blueprints and building codes; budgeting and financial administration; excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; computer literacy; and, the ability to meet a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends,and emergency on-call hours required.
MARKETING AND RECRUITMENT MANAGER
The College is seeking a hard working, dynamic individual to professionally represent it's accelerated adult evening programs. Major responsibilities include: recruiting and enrolling qualified students; initiating on and off campus recruitment activities such as corporate relations, networking, and information sessions; working with marketing and accelerated departments to increase enrollment; and, coordinating class starts in assigned territories.
QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree and excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills required. Experience in higher education recruitment or sales/marketing experience is preferred. In-state travel required and some nights/weekends. Salary competitive.
DIRECTOR OF NURSING EDUCATION
The College is seeking the leadership of an experienced Nursing educator-administrator to serve as its Director of Nursing Education effective July 1, 2009
QUALIFICATIONS
Successful candidates will have a Master of Science in Nursing and preferably an appropriate earned doctorate, a current RN licensure or eligibility in Massachusetts, a minimum of five years full-time nursing experience within the last eight years, a minimum of three years experience in nursing education, and administrative experience in their field or in education.

Clinical Nurse Facilitator and Adjunct Faculty: Qualifications: MSN or BSN, two years medical surgical experience within the last five years, MA License, and a strong interest in the growth of the Nursing program.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
VETERINARY SCIENCES
Reporting to the Director of the Animal Science Programs, this position supports the office through clerical services, budgeting, outcomes assessment responsibilities, accreditation preparation, software management, program student services, seminar facilitation, IACUC and other regulatory matters, curriculum support, and program activities to include veterinary clinic receptionist duties, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of an AS degree, 3 years experience in an office setting, recent experience in a veterinary or animal related field, computer literacy, excellent written and interpersonal skills, and an ability to work in a team environment desired.
