For Students in dorm rooms connecting to Becker's Network

Becker College provides low end technical support ensuring connectivity is enabled to the Becker College network jack or wireless device in the dorm room. If you are unable to get a working internet connection, please review the Connecting to Becker Network.  If the issue persists please notify your RA who will verify internet connectivity and they will contact the Office of Information Technology to schedule a visit to resolve the issue.

For Commuting students connecting to Becker's Network

Becker College provides low end technical support ensuring connectivity is enabled to the Becker College wireless devices in the academic buildings. If you are unable to get wireless connection, please review the Connecting to Becker Network.  If the issue persists contact the Office of Information Technology at (508) 373-1975.

For software tutoring please speak with your instructor.
