At Becker College students are what matter! We want your experience in and out of the classroom to be memorable. Student Affairs is responsible for providing that experience for our students. Student Affairs accomplish these experiences by providing safe and secure residence halls that promote growth through community building, educational programs, and providing individual growth in the pursuit of academic growth.

Tom has a Master’s Degree in Education from Cleveland State University. Tom is also a graduate of Becker College with a degree in Business Administration. He has spent his entire career in Higher Education working in Ohio and Connecticut before coming to Becker College. Tom enjoys coaching tennis, spending time with his wife and son while getting to know his students. Tom's goal as the Director of Student Affairs is to help every student at Becker College enjoy their college experience, and make life long memories!
Gina A. Zeno
Director of Student Affairs
Leicester Campus
Gina received her Master’s Degree and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in 1995 from Assumption College in Rehabilitation Counseling. She has worked with people with disabilities in Human Services for over 10 years with the majority of her experience in mental health, child and adolescents, substance/alcohol abuse, dual diagnosis, and sexual abuse/incest survivors. Gina enjoys music, spending time with her Italian family, friends, and her two dogs. She attributes her success to her genuine interest and investment in the students and her contagious sense of humor.
The Director of Student Affairs on both campuses is responsible for the following:
- Striving to maintain the College and residence life missions
- Addressing general residence life questions and concerns
- Maintaining good family relations
- Housing and placement issues
- Physical plant concerns
- Answering area coordinator and resident assistant questions
- Roommate issues
- Answering Judicial Questions
- Upholding College Policies
- Housing and placement
- Room changes
- Roommate issues
