From I-84 Hartford, New York City or I-90 Albany/New York State area
- East at Sturbridge/Route 20 east
- from Route 20 turn left to Route 49 north
- at Route 9 turn right (east)
- at Route 56 lights turn left north to the Leicester Common
- Alumni Field - take second left into campus
- Gymnasium - take second right toward vet clinic
From I-90 Boston area
- exit 10 (Auburn) to Route 20 west
- from Route 20 turn right on Route 56 north to the Leicester Common
- at Route 56/Route 9 intersection; cross intersection
- Alumni Field - take second left into campus
- Gymnasium - take second right toward vet clinic
From Route 146 Providence area
- Route 146 north to Route 20 west to Route 56 north to Leicester Common
- at Route 56/Route 9 intersection; cross intersection

From I-495 Maine, New Hampshire, Cape Cod
- exit to I-290 west
- from I-290 take Route 20 west
