Online Payments Now Available

EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2009 BECKER COLLEGE WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS IN THE OFFICE OF STUDENT ACCOUNTS (BY PHONE, MAIL OR IN PERSON) . ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL NEED TO BE MADE THROUGH INSITE.

Becker College is pleased to announce that we are now offering you the ability to pay your bill by credit/debit card or electronic check online by logging into your Insite account. We will be accepting the following forms of payment online:

As part of our commitment to provide students and parents with efficient, convenient service, Becker College has partnered with Official Payments to offer electronic payments through your Insite account for charges that are on your student account.

American Express®, Discover®, and Master Card® credit and debit cards are accepted. Visa will no longer be accepted as a credit card payment option due to VISA regulations.

Official Payments, the service provider, charges a convenience fee of 2.5% for payment processing using one of the above three credit cards. This amount will be added to your payment amount. You will be informed of the convenience fee prior to submitting a payment for processing.

To make a payment by credit card or electronic check, please login to your Insite account.

In addition to on-line credit card processing via your Insite account Becker College will also be offering e-checks as a no-fee alternative to credit card payments. The e-check payment option will be accessible through Insite as an additional payment option. The Student Accounts Office will continue to accept paper check payments or money orders by mail and in person. Cash is also accepted as an in-person transaction.

Note: Spring 2009 balances are due on January 2, 2009. Becker College will be closed from December 24, 2008 and will reopen on Monday, January 5, 2009. Please feel free to utilize online payments from your Insite account. Payments will not be considered late if paid on Monday, January 5, 2009.
