• It’s Self-paced. You chose not only when to work, but how long to work on a given chunk of material. You move on when ready.
• It’s Repeatable. You can repeat and review material as necessary for you. Material doesn’t disappear when faculty leave a lecture hall. You can read/listen to/see material several times if needed to absorb the material.
• It’s Respectable. Sure, some companies don’t like online degrees. But ones from accredited institutions like Becker are increasingly competitive. Many companies, as diverse as Northrup Grumman, United Parcel Service, Boeing, Johnson & Johnson, and Discovery Communication say that online degrees from accredited colleges do not limit options for any of their positions.
• It’s Responsive. Feedback to students is not only constructive but timely. You don’t have to wait until the class hour to get that feedback.
