Leadership Team Expands Accelerated and Professional Studies

Francine Fink has been bolstering her staff and engineering the expansion of Becker’s accelerated program to the MetroWest region, as dean of accelerated and professional studies. A seasoned professional in higher education, she most recently served as dean of the School of Professional and Continuing Studies at Dean College, and previously held executive and graduate recruitment positions at Salve Regina University and Bryant University. She is a past chair of the Association for Continuing Higher Education New England (ACHE), and holds a B.S. in business administration from Bryant University and an M.S. in training and development from Lesley University.

Before joining Becker as faculty coordinator for accelerated and professional studies, Arni Arnthorsson taught at University College of the Cayman Islands, the University of St. Francis College of Business in Chicago, and Franklin College in Lugano Switzerland. He has consulted on such topics as research, cultural training, communication skills, pricing, customer service, and promotion. He has authored articles for marketing publications and was a regular contributor to Cayman Net News. He earned his Ph.D. in marketing from the University of South Carolina.
