Becker College Alumna Takes Over Outreach

Becker College announces the appointment of Mary Elizabeth Maloney ’97 as the director of Alumni Relations and director of The Becker Fund. She worked briefly at Becker in 1997 as associate director of alumni and development.
Mary returns to Becker with 23 years experience in the admissions and alumni relations fields at both the secondary and collegiate levels. In her new position, she will launch new events and other initiatives to reach out to Becker alumni. She will also take the reins of the annual Becker Fund, building on recent momentum.
A Worcester native, Mary graduated from Becker College with an associate’s degree in 1991 and a bachelor’s degree in business in 1997. She went on to earn a master’s degree in public administration from Clark University in 2003. Mary has been active in many community organizations and resides in Worcester with her husband, James, and two children, Sarah Anne and Patrick.
