ASPCA Selects Becker College Students as Community Leader Contest Winners

It has been a busy and exciting year for the Becker College Animal Health Club. They have been active in the College and surrounding community, and they have earned recognition for their efforts. In addition to sharing a Worcester UniverCity Partnership "UP" Award with the Second Chance Animal Shelter of East Brookfield, Mass., their fundraiser/awareness-raiser entry in The ASPCA® (The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals®) "Community Leader of 2007" contest garnered them first prize.
