Studied in Italy, Spring 2010 at Institute at Palazzo Rucellai
One day, travelling abroad seemed like just a fantasy to Melissa. The next day, she received an email in her Becker inbox that quickly changed that perception. The email announced an upcoming information session about studying abroad. She attended the session and learned that fantasy can soon become reality thanks to her hard work, dedication, and adventurousness. Melissa worked closely with Career Services, her faculty advisor Professor Dorsey, Dean Betsy Fuller, and Becker's partner company Center for International Studies. A few months later, Melissa found herself on a plane to Italy, embarking on a three month study abroad journey. Below is the text from an emailed interview with Melissa, shortly after her return, and of course: pictures!
