“Casey” from the video game “Midnight Terrors” Awarded 3rd place in International Competition

Curvin Huber, professor of interactive media at Becker College, has announced that a collaborative 3D rendering of “Casey” from the video game “Midnight Terrors” earned 3rd place in the Character Design category at the prestigious Summa 3D Film Festival, held last spring in Madrid, Spain. Becker College worked with Aromie Kim, from Tufts University, to create “Casey,” and competed against international production studios as well as educational institutions, including the University of Southern California. The team plans to continue its work by creating an animated short film on the “Midnight Terrors” story.
