Worcester Sharks vs. Providence Bruins

Special guest – Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski will spike a ceremonial puck before the game.

Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski was fined $7,500 on November 18 by the NFL for his unsportsmanlike spike following his second touchdown grab win over the Jets on November 13.  Gronkowski finished the game with eight catches for 113 yards and two touchdowns as the Patriots rolled, 37-16.  The Sharks offered to pay the $7,500 fine if GRONK agreed to spike a puck at a Sharks game… GRONK took the Sharks up on the offer and he said YES!  Rob Gronkowski spiked the football after a celebration of a touchdown vs. the Patriots biggest rival, the New York Jets.  It will be only be fitting that Gronkowski will spike a puck before the Worcester Sharks host their biggest rival, the Providence Bruins on Friday, February 24^th.

Game starts at 7:30 P.M.

Shuttle from Leicester at 6:30 P.M. and Worcester at 7:00 P.M.
