In a mid-winter slump? Hang out and grab some healthy treats while you plant wildflower seeds in a decorate-your-own flower pot in anticipation and celebration of the coming of spring! Enjoy painting your own ceramic flower pot, plant a few seeds and care for your flowers as they grow- a symbol of the spring weather that’s soon to come!

Enjoy a SMOOTHIE bar, trail mix and other energy-raising healthy snacks during “Healthy Eating Week 2013″.
