Description

Join us in celebrating the new partnership between the Yunus Social Business Centre @ Becker College and R.A.W. (Refugee Artisans of Worcester) with an exhibit of work created by the artisans and a program of projects developed by students in Becker’s “Social Business” course. A silent auction, refreshments, and live music will round out the afternoon.

R.A.W. co-founders, Joan Kariko and Ellen Ferrante, share the belief that with every piece of art, the result is a reflection of the artist’s life history, that the work is comprised of more than a single life but the expression of thousands of years of cultural history. Meet some of the artisans here.

Sponsored by Refugee Artisans of Worcester (RAW) and The Yunus Social Business Centre @ Becker College
