The Department of Teacher Education and Family Studies is hosting “Dinner and a Movie.” Pizza will be served while we enjoy a screening of the movie “Skin”, a powerful film about racial intolerance starring Sophie Okenedo, based on the best-selling book, “When She Was White” by Judith Stone. Following the film we will have a short interactive discussion led by Dr. Rev. Debra Pallatto-Fontaine. This interactive evening is free to all Psychology and Education majors. A $2.00 cover charge will be asked of all other participants. *Freshmen and Sophomores who wear their green department shirts will be entered into a raffle for a door prize to be drawn at the end of the group discussion.
