Reserve Study Rooms

There is one study room available at Swan Libary on a first-come/first-served basis. There are three study rooms available for group study in the Ruska Library that are available by reservation. Make a study room reservation online.

Study Room Policies:

• Study rooms can be reserved online, by email, by calling the library, or in person.
• Study rooms are for group study and reservations require a minimum of two students.
• Study rooms may be reserved for a three-hour time period.
• Students without a reservation, will be given a 15-minute notice to vacate the room once a reservation is made.
• Please cancel reservations that are no longer needed.
• If students have not arrived within 15 minutes of the time reserved, the reservation will be cancelled.
• Library food policies are in effect in study rooms.
