Reserve Study Rooms

There is one study room available at Swan Libary on a first-come/first-served basis. There are three study rooms available for group study in the Ruska Library that are available by reservation. The following policies are in effect for study room reservations at Ruska Library:

• Study rooms can be reserved by calling the library at 508.373.9710, by emailing library@becker.edu, or in person.
• Study rooms are for group study and reservations require a minimum of two students.
• Study rooms may be reserved for a three-hour time period.
• Students that are using a study room without a reservation, will be given a 15-minute notice to vacate the room if a reservation is made.
• Please cancel reservations either by phone or in person.
• If a reservation is not filled within 15 minutes of the time reserved, the room will be considered available, unless library staff have been notified otherwise.
• If you leave a room earlier than indicated on your reservation, please inform library staff so they can release the room for use by other students.
