Dr. Frederick A. Liberatore served in the U.S. Air Force as a staff sergeant before earning a bachelor of science in biology and a Ph.D. in protein biochemistry. After completing his post-doctoral studies, he pursued a career as an industrial biochemist for over 25 years, working on research, development, and manufacturing projects.

Dr. Liberatore joined Becker College in 2006 to teach organic chemistry and to manage the laboratories and purchasing for the Department of Natural Sciences. In his teaching at Becker College, his goal is to provide students with a solid understanding of organic chemistry that they can apply as a useful tool in their specialized fields of study.
