For admission into the upper-division courses in the Becker College elementary education concentration during their junior and senior years, students must have achieved a passing grade on the Communications and Literacy Section of the Massachusetts Test for Educator Licensure (MTEL).
Passing scores are required on the Massachusetts Tests of Educator Licensure (MTEL): Communication and Literacy and Foundations of Reading in order to enroll in the Becker College elementary education practicum and the elementary education seminar taken during the senior year. Students who do not meet these requirements graduate with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
