Q: What are the opportunities offered by the hospitality and tourism program at Becker College?

Becker College’s desirable location, in the heart of central Massachusetts, provides students with numerous real-world opportunities. The College is close to the DCU Center, New England’s premier arena and convention center, as well as several nearby hotels and restaurants. This gives Becker College a unique and competitive advantage in terms of exposing students to the business operations of major organizations in the hospitality and tourism industry.

Q: Is there an opportunity to do an internship?

Yes. The hospitality and tourism concentration requires students to do an internship that will provide on-site training in the student’s area of interest.

Q: What types of jobs do students who concentrate in hospitality and tourism get after graduation?

Graduates of the program work in local as well as national hotels and restaurants, fulfilling a wide range of positions—from guest services to software training.

 Q: Is there an opportunity to study abroad?
