Veterinary Clinic: What to Bring?

All dogs must be on a collar and leash; all cats must be in a secure carrier.
Bring records from previous veterinarians, vaccine history, deworming history, relevant lab work, imaging copies on DVD-ROM, current medications, including flea/tick and/or heartworm preventative, or a list of medication names, dosages, frequencies.
Bring a fresh stool sample to allow for testing for intestinal parasites.
