Requesting a Transcript

To request a transcript, current/recent students should visit Becker InSite to submit a request directly. A fee is required for non-active students. Students without an InSite account, please click here.

All transcript requests must be submitted on InSite or in writing. When submitting in writing, you must include the following information:

• First and last name while attending, and current last name and any other names used
• Student ID number or Social Security number
• Date of birth
• Current home address
• Current telephone number
• Campus location(s) attended
• Approximate dates of attendance
• Number of copies requested (indicate whether official or unofficial transcript)
• Contact name and complete address(es) of where to mail transcript(s)
• SIGNATURE (request cannot be processed without your signature)

After enrollment has ceased, the first transcript is free. Additional transcripts are $5 per transcript (please do not send cash). Mail transcript requests to:

We do not take transcript requests by phone. We cannot accept email requests unless accompanied by an electronic signature.
