Welcome to the Becker College Office of Information Technology (OIT). The OIT is committed to helping students, faculty, and staff achieve their goals by providing the support needed for success at Becker College. This includes the support of academic tools like Canvas, Starfish, and Insite, access to the Becker network and support for the various computer labs at Becker.

Becker provides students with access to a 24/7 Help Desk. To call the Central Help Desk from on campus, dial 1999. To reach the Help Desk from off campus, call 508.373.1999 or 800.630.8986.

Becker College provides technical support to ensure connectivity is enabled to the Becker College wireless network in residence halls. If you are unable to get a working internet connection, please review Connecting to the Becker Network. If the issue persists, please notify your RA, who will verify internet connectivity, and they will contact the Office of Information Technology to schedule a visit to resolve the issue.
