The Becker Recycling Program expands

The Facilities Management Department is proud to announce the expansion of the College’s recycling program.  Director of Housekeeping Sue Sirmans will lead the program, and  the Housekeeping and Maintenance teams will be the driving force behind the scenes.

New blue recycling containers will be distributed around campus, along with bins for bottles and cans.   The goal is to remove an additional 2,000 pounds of recyclable materials from our waste stream per month.  For those special jobs, like file-purging and end of semester clean outs, you can request a larger container by calling ext. 9540.  Click here for a recycling guide.
