Rich advises business students within the School of Design and Technology. He has worked in higher education for more than 20 years, with 16 years specifically dedicated to career services, internships, and advising. Rich loves helping students figure out their career passion and connecting them with internship and employment opportunities. He has a master of science in counseling and bachelor of arts in speech communications, with a minor in industrial and organizational psychology, from SUNY Plattsburgh.

Leslie possesses a bachelor of arts in psychology from Springfield College with a minor in business. After 20 plus years in the corporate world as a human resource practitioner, she decided to put her passion and expertise for training and development and career and performance coaching to good use within the college setting.  Leslie is currently providing career and academic advising to business students and loves bringing employers and students together in various platforms to bring a real-world, experiential component to her students’ education.

Brandon is a higher education professional with a strong focus on student development and institutional advancement.  He received his master's degree in non-profit management with a specialization in higher education from Worcester State University.  Brandon has spent more than 6 years of his career working in higher education (academic advising, registration, orientation and student leadership).  He has also spent more than 10 years working in the for-profit sector as a corporate recruiter and trainer where he concentrated on organizational growth and development.  Brandon has had many successes in organizational sustainability, both for-profit and non-profit, by maintaining an entrepreneur's mind and a servant's heart. His role in the CCEA is working with students in the School of Design and Technology.

Samantha’s role in the CCEA is working with students in the School of Design and Technology. Samantha supports undergraduate students in building professional resumes, cover letters, preparing for interviews, as well as academic advising.  Samantha has years of experience working in career education and prides herself on helping students achieve their academic and career goals. Samantha has a bachelor of arts in psychology from the University of Massachusetts Boston and an master of arts in school counseling from Assumption College.

Amanda has been at Becker College in various capacities since 2009.  She works with students in the School of Nursing and Behavioral Sciences, including nursing, psychology, exercise science and criminal justice majors, while also serving as the associate head coach of the women’s basketball team. She earned a bachelor of science in liberal studies from Medaille College.  Amanda is passionate about helping students find their purpose and make the most out of their college years.

Ernie works with students in the School of Nursing and Behavioral Sciences, including students majoring in nursing, psychology, criminal justice, and exercise science.  He studied for a master of education degree at Springfield College and a bachelor of science in fire science at Anna Maria College, also working as an EMT.  Ernie is passionate about helping students discover and be their genuine selves and loves learning about and discussing the universe and other larger than life ideas.

As office manager, Lauren offers administrative and operational support to successfully manage our two office locations in Worcester and Leicester.  She cultivates relationships with employers, students, staff, and faculty, and supervises student staff and special events.  Lauren wants all students entering the CCEA offices to feel welcome and take advantage of all the advising and career resources. She received her bachelor of science in business administration management, summa cum laude, from Becker College. She also holds certifications in both human resources and The Women's Emergent Leadership Institute.

The Leicester campus office works with all students in the School of Animal Studies and Natural Sciences and Dan personally advises biology,education, global citizenship, liberal arts, and undecided students. In addition to career and academic advising, he is the chapter advisor for Alpha Lambda Delta the National First Year Honor Society, and the Study Abroad Coordinator for Becker. Dan is also a volunteer assistant coach for the Becker Men’s Lacrosse team. Before Becker he worked in undergraduate advising and academic programming as well as undergraduate admissions. He has a bachelor of science  in cultural anthropology and a master of science in college student development and counseling from Northeastern University, Boston, MA.

Angela has worked in higher education for 14 years. Her focus at Becker is working with the Animal Studies population. Prior to arriving at Becker , she was a career counselor at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, the student success specialist at Mount Wachusett Community College in Gardner, MA, and assistant director of Curry College’s Worcester, MA campus. Angela is an adjunct faculty member at Quinsigamond Community College and Mount Wachusett Community College where she teaches public speaking and first year experience. She has a master of science in professional communications, from Clark University in Worcester, MA and a Bachelor of Arts in communications from Curry College in Milton, MA.

Lisa has had the pleasure of working at Becker in a variety of settings for many years and currently she advises students within the School of Animal Studies and Natural Sciences. She has a background in animal care, massage therapy, and business, having earned her bachelor of science in business administration from Becker College. Lisa enjoys connecting with each student and helping them foster their academic and career goals.
