Dean of the College

The dean of the College has has overall responsibility for the Becker College academic area, including academic support programs; providing leadership to department chairs and program directors; coordinating the development, instruction, strengthening, and assessment of new and current academic programs; evaluating academic procedures and policies; preparing and administering the academic budget; and providing additional student advising support.

Executive Assistant for Academic Affairs

The executive assistant for academic affairs ensures the smooth functioning of the Office of Academic Affairs and provides administrative support to the vice president for academic affairs by performing routine project and research development activities, academic affairs staff publications and presentation support, schedule coordination, appointment and meeting management,  records management, and communications.

Information Desk/Receptionist and Faculty Secretary

The information desk/receptionist and faculty secretary ensures the smooth functioning of the College’s reception desk through transfers of incoming calls to appropriate parties. In addition, this position provides faculty members and the Office of Academic Affairs staff with administrative assistance, maintains conference room schedules, and performs general reception duties serving students, staff, and visitors to Becker College.

Faculty Services Coordinator

The faculty services coordinator provides support to full-time and adjunct faculty in the utilization, development, and implementation of resources that support the College’s curricula and mission. The coordinator collaborates with administration, faculty, and staff to identify and respond to training needs related to administrative technology and other constantly evolving resources.  The goal is a faculty that effectively utilizes the tools available to them in support of excellence in teaching and in maintaining the essential administrative processes related to teaching.  The end-result communicates high quality, professional, user-focused support to the entire College community.
